Order Proccessing
 
All Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing the same day, except holidays and will ship within 72hours pending availability and credit verification. All Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. All Saints Botanica will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional information for credit verification.

How will I Know that my order was accepted?
 
After you click "Submit Order" an email confirmation including and order number will be sent to the email address entered when the ordr was placed. You can also check the status of your ordr by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status.
 
When will I be Charged?
 
Once your Ordrer has processed, your credit card will ber charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriated shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry.
 
Back Order Policy
 
We do not back order. If we cannot fit your order complete within a reasonable amount of time, we will ship your order less the fmissing item/s. If payment method is credit card we will only charge you for items shipped.
